Co-founder of the association FamilyatSAP e.V.which is open to non-SAP employees and offers (among other family related topics) a large variety of vacation programs for children.

HR responsible and founder of the area Family&Career within SAP from 2005 until 2007. Contribution to SAP being recognized as "Germany's Best Employer" among companies with more than 5,000 employees by the Great Place to Work Deutschland Institute.

Presentations and podiums discussion at the Humboldt institution on transatlantic issues in Berlin, at SAP AG, Mannheim university, Aachen university and at the fraction of the Bundestag about the compatibility of family and career in Germany.

Various interviews at German TV channels and newspapers about family integration, compatibility of family and career in Germany, etc. .

International experience during studies of mechanical engineering and research projects at Northwestern University (Chicago, US), CSIC (Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas in Madrid, Spain) and internships in the U.K., as well as working in international teams and with customers from different continents.
